If you are looking for an easy build, look no further than Modular Homes. Today’s modular homes and manufactured homes are nothing like the mobile homes of the past. The quality of the homes is much better - modular homes now have to meet the International Residential Codes (IRC) with in-factory inspections regularly conducted. The choices in homes is broader - modular and manufactured homes come in all sizes and configurations, from models designed for parks to HUD code homes, single box homes to large modular homes with two stories or lofts. Finally, the process is easier. You select a design that fits within your budget, choose the finishes, and order your home.
Park Model RVs are unique, in that they are designed to provide temporary accommodation for recreation, camping, or seasonal use. Park model RVs are manufactured in an environmentally controlled facility using a process designed to achieve maximum efficiency at minimal expense. As “homes away from home,” they’re also designed to pack as many amenities as possible into a concise living space.

Manufactured Homes are built entirely in the factory, transported to the site, and installed under federal building codes. These standards regulate manufactured housing design and construction, strength and durability, transportability, fire resistance, energy efficiency and quality. The code also sets standards for the heating, plumbing, air conditioning, thermal and electrical systems.
Manufactured HUD Homes are only allowed in mobile home parks or land zoned for manufactured housing. These homes are not built to the IRC standards and have strict regulations on where they can be placed.

In addition to new manufactured and modular homes, we also do additions and modifications to older homes. For example, we can attach an addition to a home or we can remove an old mobile home or trailer and possibly place a new manufactured or modular home on the foundation (based on age).
