We build high-quality homes to our clients’ custom specifications: From small cabins to larger luxury homes. Design options include custom log homes (built with round logs), custom timber frame homes (built with square beams), custom homes which are a hybrid combination of log and timber, and custom SIP (Structural Insulated Panels) homes with timber framing inside.
It typically takes between 9 months and 18 months (depending on the size of the house) for us to complete a custom home. Over the course of 37 years, we’ve built hundreds of log homes throughout Colorado. Just imagine a log home on a prime mountain lot that includes spectacular views of Pikes Peak!
At our facility in Divide, we build day cabins and hunter’s cabins ranging from 120 square feet to 600 square feet. If the cabin is 120 square feet or less, most Colorado counties don’t require a permit.
These small, affordable cabins are great for getting out of the weather – put up a few cots and you’ll have a much better night’s sleep!
We have several hunter’s cabin designs to choose from, and we’ll be happy to deliver a cabin to your property and put it up. Typically, the hunter’s cabins are set on the ground, on treated timbers. We can even install solar power panels if you’d like the added comfort of electricity.
We can build a detached garage or add a garage addition to any type of home (wood or brick home, log home, or manufactured / modular home).
In business for more than 37 years, we’ve built all sizes of garages, from 500 square feet to 10,000 square feet, out of all types of materials. In addition to garages, we also build steel buildings and pole barns, custom barns, and other types of outbuildings and sheds.
